T.W. Campbell, The Priests of the Diocese of Armidale: A Necrology, Braddon ACT, 2005:
McCormack, Thomas

Born at Ballingarry, Ireland, date of birth unknown. Details of education unknown. Studied at St Patrick's College, Thurles, and ordained on 29 June 1876 in the cathedral at Thurles by Archbishop Croke for the Maitland diocese. His first appointment may have been Dungog, following which he was at Quirindi in 1879, after the parish centre was moved from Wallabadah with the completion of the railway through Quirindi. He then was in Newcastle (1881-1883). It seems he then returned to Ireland where he died on 4 April 1893 in Tipperary. He was buried at Ballingarry.
