Biographical Notes

Personal, The Albany Advertiser, 13 June 1929, p 2, http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article70196228:

A cable message received at the Bishop's Palace in Perth on Monday announced the death, at Bombay, of the Rev. Father Lynch, parish priest of Maylands. The news occasioned deep regret throughout the State, as Father Lynch was a very well known, popular and respected member of the priesthood of the Roman Catholic Church. He left for a trip to the Old Land about seven months ago, and had reached Bombay on the homeward journey. Father Lynch was a frequent visitor to Albany and had performed relief duty at St. Joseph's Church.
