Listed in E J Doody, Acta et Statuta 1951, Appendix VI, Obituary List, in the section headed 'supplementary list of priests who have also worked in the diocese', but with no details other than the period he reputedly worked in the diocese, in this case 1889.
Daniel O'Sullivan was an African Mission Father, a member of the Society of African Missions. He and fellow Society member James Dowling travelled Australia within that period raising funds for the African missions. They undoubtedly visited the Armidale diocese for that purpose. O'Sullivan certainly was in the Diocese for that purpose in 1889. He was not a priest of the diocese.
